These terms will govern use of Qafila's self-host license and hosted SaaS account. They are not final. This placeholder outlines the intended shape only.
Self-host license
A self-host purchase grants a one-time, perpetual license to run Qafila on your own hardware, valid for the purchased build and any upgrade up to that license's version_max. Upgrades past that point require a new purchase.
SaaS account
A SaaS purchase provisions a hosted account for the buyer's email. Use is subject to fair-use and acceptable-use terms to be defined.
Merchant of record
bybros is the merchant of record for all purchases.
